Tomorrow I'm 6dpo. I'm tempted to take pregnancy test. Is it possible to get a positive?

Also, I don't get how people can get positive at 2 or 3 weeks. My friend said she found out at two weeks but isn't that ovulation week? How does that work?

Anyone using easy home pregnancy tests? Can you get early positive with those?

Ps. Anyone hate when post gets cut off. I had to delete and rewrite my post.

My doctor said I’m the only person he’s ever seen that has gotten a bfp at 6dpo. I implant early like 3/4 dpo usually I guess. My bfp at 6dpo was almost invisible tho. I had to let it sit an hour to dry out and then I took the whole test apart and held the strip up to a light lol. It was sooo faint. I’d suggest waiting till maybe 8dpo if u can at least. It would still be super light by then anyways. Oh and this was only with the frer tests. Nothing else showed until about 10-12dpo

I think 6dpo is very early, most people haven't implanted until around 8/9dpo and a positive isn't seen until anywhere from 2-5 days after implantation!

But it is sooo hard not to test. I tested this morning, I'm 9/10dpo, and I think I saw a vvvvvfaint line... But I may be imagining it. I'll probably test again tomorrow morning!

I’d wait til at least 10dpo and use FMU. The amount of money women on here must spend on tests makes my head spin! Ack! Lol! Whatever you decide, Good luck!

I have heard the easy home ones don’t pick up hcg till it’s like 25, and the FRER pick up like 6. I tested 5 days straight with FRER each time getting faint lines and never in those 5 days did my easy home ones get a second line. It ended in a chemical, which shows my levels never got high enough.

6 dpo is sooo early. The top pictures was my test on 6 dpo and swear I saw something on it. I tested with other brands throughout and all bfn until 9dpo then another frer on 10 dpo and got a clear BFP. So you never know. But it just makes you not stress so much if you actually wait to test. Seeing those negative tests are so discouraging and sometimes, like in my case, it was for no reason. Lol

it’s pointless but very very unlikely. Try to wait until at least 9dpo if you can.

With regards to your friend at 2 weeks. Maybe she took a week estimator and it said 1-2 or 2-3 weeks. But they count from ovulation not lmp. So would be 3-4 or 4-5 weeks “pregnant”

Ahhh do you think you will? I think the percentage of a positive if you are is like 3.6% lol! I might still do it for hopes of the faintest of the faintest lines.
